I am Angela, the founder and owner of ArKAngel Enterprises. LLC.
In 2019. we faced one of the longest government shutdowns in American history. It lasted for 34 days. This impacted me personally. My anxiety heightened as with many other federal workers, contractors, customers and others that rely on the exchange of services and the entire supply chain that fuel our economy. Many of us were not getting paid and many services had stopped. The anxiety was largely due to not knowing how long the shutdown would last and how best to allocate resources that we had in reserve. Small businesses were impacted the most because discretionary spending had stopped.
As we individually planned our options, I realized that we were each uniquely skilled and could actually create our own destiny, if given the opportunity. Creating your destiny is often equated to starting a business but many are not willing to take this risk because of the upfront costs, resources and time needed to succeed.
I am also a business professional with over 40 years of executive and support level experience in the Government, private for-profit sector, and non-profit businesses. I take pride in sharing my expertise with others and learning from them as well.
Over the course of my career, I have saved the federal government millions of dollars by negotiating complex enterprise solutions for over 70K users. I reengineered business processes that resulted in saving money and time.
I reimagined the intended use of out-of-the-box software solutions and configured no-code solutions to meet different business objectives. I normalized and structured data so that it could be entered once and used as needed to make informed decisions by different stakeholders. I apply agile approaches that enable organizations to succeed in a scalable and cost-effective manner.
I helped small businesses grow exponentially by establishing meaningful client relationships, training employees, managing costs, administering contracts, and much more.
I served as an adjunct professor and taught learners about business management and strategic planning.
ArKAngel Business Services was created based on the premise that businesses can succeed by focusing on their specific offering, WHILE acquiring support services from other businesses that specialize in them. We specialize in business administration and management services. and we are here to help.
We offer services such as web design, business planning and strategizing, business process improvements and more. We also promote Business to Business (B2B) connections through forums and engagements that enable business owners to share meaningful information, lessons learned, resources, and more.
I can help you strategize, define, refine, and/or plan your business. I can help you facilitate recorded meetings, edit the recordings with added voiceover, photos, and special effects to underscore the importance of what was discussed. I can work with you to prepare documents, design your website using no additional code, and much more.
